Small Sim

An accessible entry point to the range. The frame uses fewer aluminium profiles to bring the cost down, and we delivered it storefront-ready with close-up and hero renders.

Lean assembly from standard profiles

The customer wanted a sleek entry-level version of the full simulator, so the frame uses fewer aluminium profiles to bring the cost down. The trade-off is less rigidity under high steering torque. We made two custom parts for this rig: the wheelbase mount and the pedal mount.

Renders for store and web

We assembled this simulator in CAD from standard profiles, connecting brackets and end caps, then rendered the assembly as clean line outlines on a white background to create the user assembly instructions. For marketing we took the CAD model into Blender and rendered close-ups of the steering wheel, pedals and seat, plus hero renders from each side and the top down for banners, product images and the website scrolling animations.

Notable technical detail. Only two parts are custom, the wheelbase mount and the pedal mount. Everything else is off-the-shelf, which is the cost lever that defines this entry-level product.
