Submit your brief
Fill in the enquiry form. Tell us what you need, attach any drawings or sketches, and give us your deadline. The more you share, the sharper the quote.
Receive a fixed quote
We confirm receipt within one business day. Your proposal follows, typically within three business days: fixed price, a list of deliverables, the revision policy, and a delivery date. If a brief needs more time to quote properly, we say so in that first reply. No hourly billing. No surprises later.
Approve and pay deposit
Approve it and we invoice a 50% deposit. Work starts the moment it lands.
Review and revise
You see progress at agreed checkpoints. The number of revision rounds is set in your quote before anything begins, so there's no guessing later.
Delivery and final payment
Final files arrive through a secure download link, and the closing invoice goes out the same day.
File delivery
You get STEP, IGES, native Fusion 360 or Rhino files, STL, OBJ, PDF drawings, DXF, or 4K PNG renders, depending on the job. Exact formats are confirmed in your quote.
Response times
You'll hear from us within one business day first a confirmation, plus any questions about your brief. Your fixed quote follows, usually within three business days. EU or further afield makes no difference, since we work across time zones.
Revision policy
One revision round covers one consolidated set of feedback. Anything beyond the rounds in your package is billed at €65 an hour, agreed in writing first.
