Formula Wheel

A photoreal, fully explorable component, the kind of hero asset that makes a product look premium online. We modelled the formula wheel in CAD and textured it in Blender, then prepared it as a model you can rotate in the browser.

We modelled the wheel geometry in CAD as a case study while producing the wider render set.

Material and texturing

The wheel's main surface is a woven carbon-fibre finish, and the labels are graphics we created in external image-editing software.
