Full Formula Sim

The larger Formula simulator is the premium rig in the range, with an adjustable seat, pedal deck and wheel deck and more wheelbase options. We presented it with a showpiece hero render and an animation that sells it like a race car.

Adjustable formula architecture

We started from standard aluminium profiles and their connecting hardware, then added custom parts to be laser cut and powder-coated. The seat, pedal deck and wheel deck all adjust, and the rig takes more wheelbase options than the entry model.

Cinematic render and animation

After assembly we exported the simulator into Blender, applied the materials and set it up across several scenes. The horizontal hero render gives it presence in open space against a dark background. The animation shows the rig waking up, like a race car waiting in a garage as its lights come on. We tried several lighting setups before landing on the one the customer wanted; the blue and red tones complement the simulator's shape and colours.
